Took our daughter for her 9th birthday. She loved every moment and has been reminiscing of the meal ever since. The following review was written by her: “My parents took me to Kobe to celebrate my birthday. The name of my excellent chef was Tony D. He did a wonderful job cooking the food and I really like his tricks with the spatulas, especially when he flipped them up in the air and played the drums on the flat top. The best thing he made was the fried rice, it was sensational! I could eat it every day. I cannot wait to go back for more amazing food.”

Very much another Benihana knock off. It would’ve nice if these places made the effort to be a bit more authentic, but nope. The meat was pretty good. My ribeye was a bit fatty. Should have gone for sirloin. The fried rice was good but I would have preferred chicken options that aren’t teriyaki. That’s not the only Japanese flavor for chicken. Having rice, then noodles, then veggies with potato ends up with a crazy amount of starch in one meal. The place is a bit loud.

Fuji is the best Chef that any Kobe has to offer !!! I will request him every time I come. He is truly a master at his craft, sarah was a good server as well .

Futo and Lan were our chef and server tonight, and they were fantastic. Futo is one of my favorite chefs—he’s personable, engaging, and always creates a great experience. My scallops were cooked perfectly with a nice sear and amazing flavor. The whole meal was delicious, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Always a wonderful time here!
